Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PawEachDay, a subscription-based digital service operated by MB „Kovok protu".

PawEachDay allows users to upload pet images and use digital tools to create, manage, organize, or generate pet-related content.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using PawEachDay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

MB „Kovok protu" reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on the PawEachDay website. Continued use of the service after any changes means that you agree to the updated Terms.

You may use PawEachDay only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using PawEachDay, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

To use most PawEachDay features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized persons or use another person's account without permission.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us as soon as possible.

PawEachDay is provided on a subscription basis. Available subscription plans, features, limits, and prices are displayed on the website.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment service provider to charge the applicable subscription fee according to the selected billing cycle.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription may renew automatically according to the selected billing period.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available for recurring payments.

If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

PawEachDay offers a free plan with limited features, storage, uploads, generated content, and usage capacity.

We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue free plans, trials, or promotional offers at any time.

If you exceed the limits of your selected plan, you may need to upgrade your subscription or reduce your usage.

PawEachDay allows you to upload pet images, captions, descriptions, and other related content, referred to as “User Content”.

You retain ownership of your uploaded User Content. We do not claim ownership of your pet images or other content that you upload to PawEachDay.

By uploading User Content, you grant MB „Kovok protu" a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, analyze, modify, and use that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve PawEachDay.

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use the content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading;
• offensive, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit;
• infringing on third-party rights;
• intended to harm the security, stability, or operation of PawEachDay;

We may remove or restrict access to User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable laws, third-party rights, or the integrity of the platform.

PawEachDay may include features that help generate, prepare, edit, or suggest digital content based on your uploaded pet images and other information you provide.

We do not guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, complete, error-free, suitable, or meet your expectations.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before publishing, sharing, or otherwise using it.

We are not responsible for the consequences of content that you choose to publish or share outside PawEachDay.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

After cancellation, you may continue using paid features until the end of the already paid billing period, unless otherwise stated on the website.

Because PawEachDay provides digital services that may begin immediately after purchase, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion.

Refunds may be considered if:

• you were charged incorrectly;
• the paid service was not provided due to a technical issue caused by PawEachDay;
• you could not access the paid service despite completing payment;
• applicable consumer protection laws require a refund;

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that PawEachDay is available and functioning properly.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service failures, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The PawEachDay website, platform, design, branding, software, texts, graphics, logos, features, and other materials belong to MB „Kovok protu" or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit PawEachDay or any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your uploaded pet images and other User Content, subject to the limited license granted to us for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all actions performed through your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB „Kovok protu" shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, reputational damage, loss of data, or other consequential damages.

Our liability shall be limited to direct losses caused by our fault, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

PawEachDay may use third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery, artificial intelligence processing, and other technical functions necessary to provide the service.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or actions of third-party websites, platforms, or services that are not controlled by us.

You may stop using PawEachDay and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, misuse the platform, or create risk to the security, stability, or reputation of PawEachDay.

Upon termination, you may lose access to paid features and certain account data, depending on the technical functionality of the platform and our data retention practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Any disagreements or disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.

If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
